Can I put special request?

Yes, we would love to help bring your idea to life, for it.  On the Design Your Own Jewelry section, you may fill out all the necessary details together with a sketch or picture,  so we can discuss with our production team and get back to you right away!

How do I check my order status?

To check your order status, you may visit the Order History page on your account page. You can view any updates made to your order on the page.

Can I visit your factory?

We operate by appointment only. If you would like to come into the factory to discuss a custom design or, please contact us to at info@anndajewelry.com to schedule an appointment.

What Karat of gold do you offer?

8, 9, 10, 14, 18, 19, 21 & 22K

How can I request more information regarding a specific piece (metal weight, stone clarity, gemstone, measurements etc)?

If the information that you are looking for about an item is not included on the website, you can submit a request through email (info@anndajewelry.com). We will do our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible, usually within the same day.

I did not receive my order confirmation email. Can you resend it to me?

An order confirmation email is system generated and automatically sent out once you place your order. If you did not receive your email, please send us a mail or contact us and we will forward a copy to your confirmed email address.

Once I register on your site will I be able to view my order history?

Once you are registered on our website you will be able to view your current orders as well as previous ones after you place them.

How can I create my Personal Account on your Website?

You can create an account on our website by signing up through the Registration page. Once we approve your account, you will receive an email with your username and password. You can use these credentials to log in to the website through Login Page.

How can I change my Account's Password?

You can change your password from your Account Page. Click on Account Details and enter your current password and your new password then confirm it then click save changes.

What is Wish List? How can I add products to my Wish List?

The wishlist allows you to create personalized collections of products you want to buy or view later and save them in your user account for future reference.

You can add products to our wishlist by clicking the “Add to Wishlist” button on the actual product’s page or click on the heart icon on the product picture on the home page and products category pages.

How can I download the invoice of the order I have placed ?

To download your previous invoices, you can go to your Order History and download them from there.
